Job Title: Operating Room Nurse (RN)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver safe, skilled nursing care before, during, and after surgery
• Assist surgical teams in maintaining a sterile environment
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during procedures
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with safety protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state eligibility)
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings
• Interest or experience in any OR specialty

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $29 – $54/hour
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $15,000 with a 2-year commitment (paid within 90 days)
• Full-time, part-time, and per diem roles available
