Delegating Nurse New

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality resident in an Assisted Living facility. This role requires a strong understanding of patient management standards and the ability to administer treatments effectively. The Nurse will play a crucial role in case management, ensuring that residents receive the best possible care while in living in our facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident's needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the medical team promptly.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Reviews clinical records, physician's order sheets, medication records and resident care plans to assure high level of care.
• Assist with all emergencies; give direction to Crew Lead and help facilitate transfer.
• Oversees admissions of new residents.

Experience

• Previous experience in an assisted living facility is preferred.
• Experience administering injections is required.
• Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
